You can configure the order of the messages in the Log Viewer, or you can restrict (or filter) the number of messages that appear. You can also clear all messages from the list.
In the Log Viewer, choose View » All Events.
In the Log Viewer, choose Log » Clear All Events.
In the Log Viewer, choose one of the following options from the View menu:
Newest First to order the messages starting with the most recent.
Oldest First to order the messages starting with the oldest.
In the Log Viewer, choose View » Filter Events.
The Filter window appears.
Configure the options.
